Social media
We run your channels
Content Calendar
A month planned and approved in advance, so nothing goes out that you have not seen. You always know what is coming.
Content Creation
Posts, graphics, carousels and short video. Written and designed in-house by the same team, so it all looks and sounds like you.
Posting And Scheduling
We publish it. You do not get a folder of drafts and a deadline to upload them yourself.
Community Management
Comments, replies and messages answered within a business day, in your voice, with anything sensitive checked with you first.
Channel Growth
LinkedIn first for almost every B2B company, plus Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or X where your buyers actually are. Followers that could buy from you, not a number.
Reporting
Reach, engagement and follower growth, but also what turned into a website visit and an enquiry. One report every two weeks and a review call every week.
Brand
And we make everything look like it belongs together
What we usually find
Five places your company describes itself differently
This matters more than it used to. When your public profiles disagree, an AI hedges or picks a competitor it feels surer about.

of B2B buyers say AI recommendations are often wrong. If the wrong thing is being repeated about you, this is usually why. G2, n=1,076, March 2026
think better of a company once an AI mentions it. Being described accurately is worth more than being described often. G2, same study
What we check
Fourteen Places, Eight Details Each.
We pull every public description of your company into one view and show you where they disagree. Then we do it again every three months.
Where we look 14 Places
- Your homepage and about page
- LinkedIn company page
- LinkedIn profiles of your leadership team
- G2, Capterra, Clutch and industry review sites
- Google Business Profile
- Crunchbase and funding databases
- Wikidata and any Wikipedia mention
- Industry directories and association listings
- Partner and reseller listing pages
- Press releases and old news coverage
- Conference and podcast speaker bios
- Job postings, current and past
- YouTube, newsletter and author bios
- App stores and marketplace listings
What we compare 8 Details
- Pages competing for the same search term
- Titles and descriptions, unique on every page
- Heading structure, one main heading per page
- Internal link text, and where it points
- Which pages act as hubs, and which are dead ends
- Structured data, checked properly not just present
- Pagination and canonical tags
- Language and region tags if you sell in both
- URL structure and messy parameters
What We Fix 7 Actions
- Full list of every URL before anything changes One-to-one redirects, never all to the homepage
- Test site compared against the live site, page by page
- Titles, descriptions and markup carried across
- Monitoring for 14 days after the switch
- Daily index checks against the old baseline
- Every page with backlinks still working
- A written plan to undo it if something breaks
How we keep it true 6 Habbits
- All fourteen places checked again every quarter
- New listings checked before they go live
- Job ads reviewed against the approved wording
- Bios updated when people change roles
- A quarterly report showing what drifted
- AI answers re-checked against what you intended
Job ads are the most common contradiction and almost nobody checks them. Your careers page often describes a different company from your homepage.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Which channels do you run?
LinkedIn first for almost every B2B company. Then Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or X depending on where your buyers actually are. We will tell you if a channel is not worth the effort rather than run it to look busy.
How many posts a month?
It depends on the channels and the plan, and we agree the number before we start. We would rather do fewer good posts than hit a quota. Two or three strong LinkedIn posts a week beats daily filler.
Do you design the graphics too?
Yes, in-house. Posts, carousels, short video, presentation decks and anything else you need. It is the same team building your brand guidelines, so it all matches.
We already have a logo. Do we need new branding?
Usually not. Most companies have a logo and nothing else written down, so we build the guidelines, colours, fonts and templates around what you already have. A full rebuild is a separate project and we will say if we think you need one.
Do you write the posts or do we?
We write them and you approve them. Posts from a named person work better than company page posts, so we write in their voice and they sign off before anything publishes.
What if nobody wants to be the public face?
Then we build it around the company and a couple of subject experts instead. It works less well, and we will tell you that rather than pretend otherwise.
What does it cost?
We quote once we know the channels and the scope. Engagements run on a 90-day starting term, and brand guidelines and templates can also be done as a one-off project without an ongoing retainer.
